Q.  Are your classes boot camp style?

A.   Not at all.    

Q.  What if I'm out of shape?

A.   That is what we are here for.  Here at 1Hrmax you can work at your own pace and work your way up as long as you do not compromise your form.  

Q.  What if I can't stay the whole hour?

A.   Our Classes are broken up into three 20 minute sessions, so if you do two 20 minute sessions and can't stay for the rest then that is ok. 

Q. Do I need to schedule my class 24hrs in advance?

A. Yes, please send a text of the day and time you will be attending.  If it is your 1st time, Please be here 10 mins early to fill out some paperwork. 

Q. What if I cannot make it on the days you're scheduled? 

A.   Most of the hours posted are high in demand.     

Q.  How many times a week do I need to exercise If I haven't exercised in a long time?

A.   I recommend at least twice a week to begin  

Q.  Is outdoor training better than indoor training especially in this Texas Heat?

A.  Both are great.  However, exercising in warmer weather causes your body to use more energy to cool down meaning it would translate to you burning extra calories, while keeping yourself hydrated at all times. 

Q. How many pounds will I lose if I quit drinking soda pops for an entire year?

A. You can lose up to 60 pounds.  Each soda pop contains up to 10 teaspoons of sugar.  That's not including the high fructose corn syrup it contains.  "GROSS!"

Q. What if I prefer to be trained in the privacy of my own home?

A.  Not yet in the works.

Q. Do you ever come out to the work place to train?

A.  Not yet in the works.

Q. My teenager needs help losing weight, do you train teenagers?

A. Absolutely, with a parent's consent. All minors 15 yrs old and under need to be accompanied by an adult.   Obesity is on the rise in teenagers and young adults due to the foods we eat.  

Q. Will I lose more fat exercising outdoors rather than in a gym?

A. Studies have suggested that outdoor natural light helps boosts mental health and energy, while decreasing depression, tension, stress, fatigue and reducing the cortisol levels in our bodies.  Less, cortisol means less body fat composition and a higher self-esteem.  However, you can also boosts your mental health and energy with different exercises indoors as well.
